FAQ about ordering in the webshop


We have all product in stock and we ship on workingdays within 24 hours after receipt of your order. When your order comes in and is payment is received before 15.00 Amsterdam time (CET) we try to ship the same day, if not then the next day. Our ordering system is automated. We do not monitor every order. When order and payment comes in then the order goes through to our external warehouse where the packing an shipping is dealt with.

Please check the information page about the shippingcost here. Delivery usually takes a couple of days, depening on the country of destination.

In The Netherlands most health insurers cover a certain amount of headwear when suffering from hairloss due to chemotherapy. How it works in your country or with your health insurance, we do not know. The advise is to contact them and ask them if there is an allowance for headwear like hats or if they will offer you a partial reimbursement. Just ask them!

In The Netherlands we have over 50 shops selling some of our products. In other countries we do not have our products in shops (yet). If you work in this branch and you want to start selling our headwear, please feel free to contact us.

All the offered payment methodes are handled by the paymentprovider Multisafepay. They are like a bank and take care of secured paymentpages for us. You can check this by checking if there is the 'lock' sign in your browser address.  Multisafepay protects all personal data and does not share the creditcard numbers with anyone. We understand that you are looking for something that makes you feel better and that you have to find out what fits you the best. If a hat does not fit or is not you... then you can return it within the review period of 14 days. For more information on the returns conditions, please read the information here.

Yes, you can call us on working days from 9.00 to 17.00 on +3123-888 2 885. However if you have a questions you'd best ask us via the contactform. We'll try to answer you as soon as possible, in most cases per e-mail the same day. After hours the questions will be answered the next day. In the vacation periods this could vary a bit. 

Be assured that we deliver quality products. If there is something wrong with the product(s), please let us know via our contactform. We will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible. Check with page about warantee for more information.

When a product is not visible (anymore) in our webshop it is sold out. Our collection has some products which are seasonal or fashion following. When the stock is finished we don't show it in the webshop anymore. Products worn by our models on background pictures or category pictures are not available when you can not find them as products in the shop.

Loging in is not obligatory, you can make your purchase without making a log in first. As guest you can order in our webshop.
However if you like to order more than once it could be helpful to create an account. You can then check your details and orderhistory in your account. When making another purchase when logged in your address details are already filled in. When you ordered before but you forgot your password you can ask for a new password via the login page.
