Return Information
Attention: Do you live in The Netherlands, please go to Mooihoofd.nl read the instructions and fill out the return form.
You can return a product when:
- The product is free of loose hair and/or skin flakes due to fitting. ATTENTION: if there are hairs or skin flakes the product will not be refunded as it can not be sold again.
- All tags/labels (if any) are still in place
- The product is still in perfect (new) condition and not damaged by i.e. make-up marks, strong smells like parfum, sigaretsmoke, sweet of other damage
NOTE: Please send along with the product either your return e-mail confirmation, packing slip or invoice. Otherwise we can not proceed with handling the return and no refund can be made.
PLEASE understand that care products and cosmetics can not be returned!

Return period
You can return the product(s) within the review period of 14 days starting the day after delivery. The costs for returning a product to us is for you.
Registering your return
Please register your return via our returnsform. You will receive then the address you have to send your return to. We advise you to send with track&trace so you can track your parcel.
PLEASE NOTE: you can only use the free return** service when sending from Belgium or The Netherlands. Returning a parcel from another country is not free, you then have to pay for the shipping cost. Ask us for the return address via an email. For exception on the free return, see below.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns from outside of the European Union: if you return your order from outside of the European Union, the initial shipping costs to your address will not be reimbursed when you return your complete order. So both the shipping costs for the delivery and the shipping costs and customs costs will be for your account when you make a return.
Packing and sending
Always add the return slip or packing slip or copy of invoice to your parcel and mark which product(s) you are returning. Make sure that the product is packed in a safe way to avoid damage when it is on its way. Damaged product(s) can not be refunded.
Procedure upon receipt of your return
- Once your parcel is received you'll get within 14 days a notification about your return. During the vacation periods it can take slightly longer than the 14 days.
- In case we find a problem during inspection of your return we'll notify you by e-mail, if possible with a picture.
- Refund will be made via the same method you chose when paying your order.
Note: When you had paid per a method with a paymentfee, if applicable, the payment cost will not be refunded.
Note: If you are returning the complete order and you selected when ordering for a shipping method which was not the cheapest, we will only pay the cheapest shipping rate back when your return your order in full. (For Netherlands the cheapest shipping method is via DHL)

** Envelope / Shipping bag / Letterbox box
Pack your shipment flat and small (in our envelope or flat letterbox box) and send it for free via the nearest PostNL letterbox or PostNL service point or post office in the Netherlands.
You do not have to pay if you drop it off there because you return to a free reply number.
Please note: Only for returns within the Netherlands that you send back with track & trace / proof of shipment (regardless of whether it is an envelope or a parcel), € 3.50 will be charged afterwards.
Parcel box / Box
Only use a parcel box if your return is too large for the letterbox. A parcel box cannot be returned free of charge, we charge you € 3.50 for this, which we will deduct from the refund. So you do not have to pay shipping costs to PostNL in advance of your return shipment because the package is sent back to our reply number. This means we pay the shipping costs, of which we charge you €3.50 in the case of a parcel box or shipment with track & trace / proof of shipment.
If you think it is easier to return in multiple envelopes, please note that you can only return 1 envelope or package for free. Costs will be charged for the following envelopes or packages.

Costs of return shipment within the Netherlands
You will receive our reply number by email after you have registered the return. Stamps are therefore not required. If you do pay or have paid when returning to our reply number, the costs you paid will not be reimbursed.
Letterbox returns are free (without proof of shipment, via the nearest letterbox).
For return mail with proof of shipment (regardless of whether it is a box or can go through the letterbox) we only charge €3.50. This will be deducted from the refund of your return afterwards.
We offer you 1 free return per order that is sent via the letterbox to our reply number. If you want to return something later within the cooling-off period, the costs are for your account. See the conditions at 1 and 2 above. The costs are € 4.95 for a letterbox return without proof of receipt and € 8.50 for a box or letterbox return with proof of shipment. If you have returned this via our reply number, we will deduct this from the refund.
PLEASE NOTE: If you want to return from a country outside the Netherlands and Belgium (Belgium only letterbox returns - no boxes!), we unfortunately cannot offer you free return shipping. The costs for returning are therefore for your own account. However, we do request that you complete a return request after which you will receive the address where the return shipment should be sent.
Receiving return & refund
You will receive a message within 14 days about the processing of the refund. Of course, we must have received your return shipment by then. During holiday periods it can sometimes take a little longer than 14 days.
Please note: if you had chosen to pay afterwards, any payment costs cannot unfortunately be refunded, even if the entire order is returned.
If you had not yet paid the original invoice, you will receive a new, adjusted invoice from Multifactor.
If you had already paid the original invoice, the returned items will be refunded.
Please note: in the event of a full return, we will refund the price of the most advantageous shipping method to you. So if you chose a more expensive method than the most advantageous one when placing your order (e.g. DHL in the Netherlands), you will be reimbursed for the shipping costs of that most advantageous method in the event of a complete return.
It goes without saying that only clean, unused items may be returned and unfortunately not all types of products can be returned.
Right on withdrawal according to our General Conditions
Article 6 – Right of withdrawalIn case of products:
1. The Consumer can repudiate a purchase contract for a product without giving reasons for a period of reflection of at least 14 days. The Entrepreneur may ask the Consumer about the reason for the withdrawal but cannot force him to state his reason(s).
2. The reflection period referred to in sub-clause 1 starts on the day the product is received by the Consumer or by a third party appointed by him in advance and who is not the carrier, or
a. if the Consumer ordered several products in the same order: the day on which the Consumer or a third party appointed by him received the last product. The Entrepreneur may refuse an order of several products with different delivery dates provided that he clearly informs the Consumer prior to the order process.
b. in case the delivery of a product consists of several batches or parts: the day on which the Consumer or a third party appointed by him received the last batch or the last part.
c. in case of an agreement about regular delivery of products during a given period: the day on which the Consumer or a third party appointed by him received the first product.
